Since 2018, David worked closely with the artistic directors of the Inner West Council‘s Spark Youth Theatre, documenting their work to bring young people into the fold of the local artistic community.
The shows David documented include:

- Dear Australia (2021)
- Political Animals (2022) – Petersham Town Hall, Bondi Pavilion
David also aided Spark in digitally archiving their back catalogue of every recorded work in their tenure.
